Dr. Harold Cesar, DPM
Board Certified Foot & Ankle Surgeon
After graduating from Florida State University, he obtained his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at Des Moines University - College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, IA. He completed one of the top residency programs in the country at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX.
During his training he served as a Chief Surgical Resident of the Foot & Ankle Division in the department of Orthopedics, receiving comprehensive training in foot and ankle elective and reconstructive surgery, trauma, and diabetic limb salvage. During his training at John Peter Smith Hospital, he logged over 1,200 surgical procedures/cases.
Dr. Cesar is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) and the Florida Podiatric Medical Association (FPMA).

Dr. Anish Amin, DPM
Board Certified Foot & Ankle Surgeon
Dr. Amin is a native of South Florida. After graduating from the University of South Florida (Tampa, FL) in 2010, he obtained his doctorate in podiatric medicine from Barry University (Miami Shores, FL) in 2015.
He completed his surgical residency at Boston Medical Center in Boston, MA, where he served as chief resident, followed by an additional year of fellowship in diabetic limb salvage and reconstruction at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY.
Dr. Amin is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM) and The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS). He is on staff with St. Vincent’s Hospital and Baptist South Hospital, and also treats patients at the St. Vincent’s Wound Care/Hyperbaric Oxygen Center.

Dr. Brad Herbst, DPM
Board Certified Foot & Ankle Surgeon
Dr. Herbst has been in private practice since 1999. He attended The Ohio State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (now Kent State University). He completed his surgical residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL, where he was also a Chief Resident.
Dr. Herbst is board certified in foot surgery and is a diplomat of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He served 6 years as Chief of Podiatry at St. Vincent’s Medical Center and is currently Chief of Podiatry at Baptist Medical Center Beaches.
Dr. Herbst practices all aspects of Podiatry, plus specializes in forefoot surgery, diabetic limb salvage and wound care.

If you're unable to keep your appointment, kindly give 24 hours’ notice. Returning patients: if more than a year has passed since you filled out new patient paperwork, you'll be asked to update your information.

We are a provider for Medicare and most major insurance plans (we do not accept any products of Medicaid, Health Options, or Wellcare).
We encourage all patients to confirm their coverage prior to making an appointment. Co-payments are due at the time of the appointment along with supply and service fees not covered by insurance companies. You are responsible for any unpaid balance not covered by insurance.
